We are strictly following a no refund policy. Because of the nature of our downloads which are Sound Products and software, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you are experiencing difficulties while downloading , installing, unzipping, or using your purchase, please contact us right away and our support team will be sure to respond and within 24 hours to help resolve any issues you may have.

Returns. We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. However, a refund of a portion of the price may be refunded if applicable. We will need certain information from you in an email in order for us to review, accept or reject your refund request. Please include the info below:

  1.  Name
  2.  Transaction or order #
  3.  Name of Product
  4.  email
  5.  Detailed message about the errors or difficulties you have experienced.

We will review your request. We will notify you of the results. See the following for results

  • Approval:  Upon approval, we will apply a refund and you will receive the credit back to your credit card or method of payment.
  • Rejection:  If rejected we will notify you with an explanation.
